How far in advance should I book my game truck party?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates which fill up very fast during summer, school breaks, and the holiday season. We do sometimes have last-minute availability — call us and we'll do our best. Don't wait though — popular Saturdays book out months ahead.

What is your service area?

We serve the entire DMV — Washington DC, Maryland (Montgomery County, Prince George's County, and more), and Northern Virginia (Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax County, and more). If you're within 50 miles of DC, we come to you. Call us and we'll confirm your exact location.

How many kids can play at the same time?

Up to 16 players at once on our Bronze package, 20 on Gold, and 24 on Platinum. Our gaming coaches manage the rotation so everyone gets plenty of play time throughout the party. The truck is spacious — kids love hanging out inside even when it's not their turn to play.

What happens if it rains on the day of our party?

No problem at all — that's actually one of the best things about our truck. The game truck is a climate-controlled, fully enclosed vehicle. Rain, snow, heat wave — it doesn't matter. Your party happens no matter what the weather does. Kids love that it feels like their own private gaming clubhouse.

What consoles and games do you have?

We stock PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and retro gaming systems. Our library has 100+ games including NFL Madden, NBA 2K, FIFA, Mario Kart, Minecraft, Super Smash Bros, and more. We can also take game requests when you book — if we have it, we'll bring it.

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due on the day of the party. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Your date is not held until the deposit is received — so book quickly if you have a specific date in mind.

Can we add extra time on the day of the party?

Absolutely — if we don't have another booking right after yours, you can add time at $150/hour. We recommend deciding early in your party if you want to extend so we can confirm availability. Adding an extra hour is one of the most common upgrades — kids never want it to end!

What do you need from us for setup?

Just a place to park — we need a flat area big enough for our truck, typically a driveway, street, or parking lot. We do need standard street access (no gated communities without prior approval). We're self-contained and don't need power from your home. We show up 30 minutes early to get set up before guests arrive.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand life happens. Cancellations 14+ days out receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 7–13 days out receive a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once. We're always flexible and want to work with you — just communicate with us and we'll find a solution.

Are you fully insured?

Yes — we carry $2 million in general liability insurance. We're approved to operate at schools, parks, HOA communities, and most venues. Need a certificate of insurance for your event? Just ask when you book and we'll provide it within 24 hours.
