Here's how a typical 1.5-hour birthday party goes (our most popular package):
- 30 min before start: Our truck arrives and gaming coach sets up everything. You don't move a muscle.
- Party starts: Kids pile into the truck. The gaming coach welcomes everyone, explains the setup, and kicks off free play.
- Mid-party: Tournament mode. The coach runs a bracket tournament — kids pick their game, smack talk ensues, fun explodes.
- Cake time: Coach pauses the game, you do cake and presents, everyone comes back in for round two.
- End of party: Coach announces tournament champions, kids grab prizes, everyone is on cloud nine.
- After party: We pack up and leave. Your driveway looks like we were never there.

We've successfully hosted parties for kids ages 6 through 18. Our gaming coaches are great at adjusting the vibe — keeping it fun and age-appropriate for younger kids while cranking up the competition for teenagers.
Can I do cake and gifts with the game truck there?
Absolutely — and we recommend it. Our coach will pause the games for cake time, you do your thing outside or inside your home, and then the kids pile back in for round two. It works perfectly.
How many kids can come?
Up to 24 kids on our 2-hour package. But remember, not all 24 are gaming simultaneously — with multiple screens and rotating play, everyone gets great time in the truck throughout the party.
Do I need to provide anything?
Nope. Just a place for us to park (driveway or street parking) and your excited kids. We bring everything else.
