FAQ

Common Questions

School and large event packages start at $650 for 2 hours — that includes the gaming coach, 10 huge 50" screens (2 can face outside), full setup, teardown, and insurance certificate. Additional hours are $325 each. We recommend the 3-hour package ($975) for field days where you need multiple class rotations.
Our trained operator arrives 30 minutes early, sets up the foam station in a designated outdoor area, and runs the show. Students rotate through in groups. The foam is 100% safe, organic, and non-toxic — school administration loves the documentation we provide. The glo/color foam washes out completely in a regular wash cycle.
With a full combo setup (game truck + foam + bounce house), we can serve 60+ students simultaneously across all three stations. Over the course of a 3-4 hour school event with rotating groups, a school of 200-300 students can all participate.
Absolutely. We carry $2M in general liability insurance and can issue a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your school or organization as an additional insured within 24 hours of booking. We also have W-9 forms available for vendor registration with school districts and government agencies.
Yes. We accept purchase orders, checks, and all major credit cards. For school and government entities, we can invoice directly and accommodate your procurement process. Call us to discuss your preferred payment method.
The game truck is 100% climate-controlled — rain, snow, or extreme heat, the gaming experience is unaffected. The foam party and bounce house are outdoor, so we'll work with you to reschedule those elements or swap for an indoor-friendly activity. We've successfully run events through every kind of DMV weather.
For school events and combo packages, we recommend booking 3-6 weeks in advance — especially for spring field days (April-June) and end-of-summer events when demand is highest. That said, call us even last-minute — we'll do everything we can to make it happen.
Yes — the entire DMV is our territory. DC proper, all of Montgomery and Prince George's County in Maryland, and all of Northern Virginia including Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, Loudoun, and Prince William counties. No travel fee for locations within our core service area. Call to confirm your specific location.
